Fees & Payment
Please contact me for my current rates. Although I do not accept any insurance, I will provide you necessary information to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Depending on your insurance plan, services may be covered in part or in full. Payments by cash, check, or all major credit cards are accepted at time of appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you need to change or cancel your appointment. The full fee for the appointment will be charged for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. If you contact me to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, I will make very effort to reschedule your session for another time that week.
